Interested by collective preoccupations, choreographer Sylvie Desrosiers uses the art of dance to voice her opinions, question the future and to express moments of exaltation. For this choreographer memory and time, planetary metamorphosis and contrasts that surprisingly cohabit in a human heart such as cruelty, perseverance and kindness are a fusing source of inspiration.

This dance work is about human imprints; witnessing the traces left by revealed vulnerability, truthful moments and hypersensitive actions. This female trio relates authentic emotions and comment on humanity. This universe in motion is inspired and driven by these performers’ very current thoughts and preoccupations. Exploration of fragmented and expanded space creates relations and unveils theatrical factors. In this piece kinesthetic nuances, body strength, and informed gestures gather to create a journey of dynamic sensations. The music is contemporary, actual, captivating and alive.

“Solos, revealing themselves as identity quests, merge into duets and trios that are as dynamic as they are poetic.”

- Valérie Lessard, Le Droit, 2011
